Small update to fix some bugs I noticed and change a few things based on feedback.

• Browser build now automatically enters fullscreen.
• Windows build no longer has debug console open.
• Fixed app icon on windows build.
• Toned down difficulty of some levels.
• Made portal eggs feel better.
• Fixed bug where keys wouldn't break on spikes.
• Fixed bug where player could stand on spikes.
• Fixed other smaller bugs.
